I inherited this site several years ago. Slowly, I have been making changes to bring it into compliance with current W3C standards. This version has been totally recoded to the XHTML1.0 trans standard, using CSS for positioning and styling, and using SSI's.
The background 'madrone tree' graphic, 'madrone realty' title logo, and the picture of the painting of the "Council Madrone" were original to the site.
